All items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx unless they require special shipment, in which case the customer will need to arrange.

Each piece is handcrafted. Our lead times are estimates and can fluctuate based on work load, material supply, and other factors. Weekends, holidays, and transit time are not included in our lead time. If your order has a specific deadline please contact us directly.

In the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work to correct the issue appropriately.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Our items are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds.

We don't discriminate against rust, vintage, chipped, ground, dented, dinged and otherwise discarded materials. That being said, you can expect some items may have some of those characteristics, combined with love.

We hand make our goods from American sourced materials. We believe in making things in our great country. In some cases we may use foreign materials from other ethical countries, but this is very rare.
