This is a platform style bed frame that does not require a box spring. Mattress sits securely on-top.
The platform is 19" tall. To determine the total height with your mattress - add the mattress thickness to 19".
The finish is sanded smooth and sealed to provide a durable/cleanable surface. Headboard is 24" from the platform up and includes mounting posts to attach to the bed frame.
Headboard ships fully assembled, while the frame is RTA (ready to assemble) w/easy to follow online instructions.
